Description
The moorish wall gecko measures between 10 and 16 centimetres long. It has a skin that has scattered prominent protrusions giving a stocky and rough appearance. Thanks to its toes with adherent bristle-like structures it can move easily in stony areas, that they particularly like (walls, cliff, rocks). It feeds on arthropods (spiders, butterflies, millipedes, etc.), in particular at dusk.
